How to edit document in Nitro PDF

To edit a document in Nitro PDF, follow these steps depending on what kind of edit you want to make—text, images, or pages:


📝 Edit Text in Nitro PDF

  1. Open your PDF in Nitro PDF Pro.
  2. Go to the “Edit” tab in the top ribbon.
  3. Click “Edit Text”.
  4. Click on the text you want to change. A box will appear around it.
  5. You can now:
    • Type new text
    • Delete or backspace to remove
    • Format using the toolbar (font, size, color, etc.)
  6. Click outside the text box when done.

🖼️ Edit or Move Images

  1. Go to the “Edit” tab.
  2. Click “Edit Object”.
  3. Click the image you want to move/resize.
    • Drag to move.
    • Use corner handles to resize.
    • Right-click for options like Replace, Delete, or Align.

📄 Add or Remove Pages

  1. Go to the “Page” tab.
  2. Use options like:
    • Insert → to add new pages or other PDFs
    • Delete → to remove selected pages
    • Rotate, Extract, or Move

🆕 Add New Text or Objects

  • Go to the “Home” tab.
  • Click “Type Text” to add new text blocks.
  • Use “Shapes” or “Stamps” for annotations.

💾 Don’t forget to save:

  • Click File → Save or Save As to save your changes.
